Canadian Kitchen Catering was established in 1997 by Chris and Linda Cosh to provide first class catering to the film and television industry, as well as to private events, on the Gold Coast and throughout Australia.

As executive chef, Chris has over 30 years of hotel and catering experience and has won numerous awards in the culinary arts.
